The program
The Mentor Parent is a free educational program delivered by email. We may change, pause or end it at any time. It is free, and it stays free for the people who signed up.
Not medical or psychological advice
The lessons explain research about parenting and suggest exercises. They are not therapy, medical advice or a diagnosis, and they do not replace a doctor, psychologist or other professional. If you are worried about your child's or your own safety or wellbeing, contact a professional or your local emergency services.
Using the content
The lessons are for your personal use. Please don't republish them. Sharing the signup page with other parents is very welcome.
